15. “Machshevet” manufactures and supplies art kits in various fields that include a wide range of options for preparation by children.
In some kits, preparation is done using accessories such as hammers, nails, screws, electric wires, beads, glue, scissors, etc. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the details on the product page and make sure it is appropriate for the child’s needs and age.

17. “Machshevet” is not liable for damages caused to the customer or a third party as a result of the construction of the product or its use.

18. The product images on the website are for illustration only. There may be slight changes in the components of the kits which do not impair the building of the product or the finished product and its use. An error in the description of the product and its parts does not obligate “Machshevet”.

19. The buyer on the website undertakes not to perform or attempt to perform actions that will cause damage to the site.

20. “Machshevet” has the right to use the information provided by the buyer for the purposes of improving the relationship with the customer, for direct mailing or for advertising.

21. “Machshevet” will not provide the details of the buyer on the site to a third party (except to credit card companies) without obtaining approval from the buyer.

22. “Machshavat” may cancel a transaction in whole or in part in the event of a force majeure (Act of God) preventing the continuation of the transaction.
The customer may not bring a claim for cancellation of a transaction. Notice of cancellation of a transaction will be given within the date of delivery of the product in a personal message by phone / WhatsApp / email. An electronic confirmation of sending the message / WhatsApp / email will be proof that the message has been received.

23. Notice of cancellation of the purchase by the customer will be in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
